Contract Candles Ltd – are the leading British contract manufacture of bespoke candles and diffusers for leading luxury brands.

Across 2 factories where they manufacture and package their range of decorative and scented candles, 2 BCS box making systems are used to produce shipping boxes in single and double wall corrugated board, as well as dividers and partitions to protect the individual candles. Boxes are also produced to transport the candles during the manufacturing process, especially through the cooling tunnels after a hot fill.

The BCS machines enable Contract Candles to produce exact sized boxes on demand and in quantities to suit varying Customer order patterns. Savings are realised in freeing up valuable warehouse space where boxes were previously stored and costs saving in excess of 30% over buying in boxes. Utilising sheet corrugated material as opposed to Fan Fold or Z Fold corrugated, Contract Candles are able to order sheet corrugated on a typical 48-hour lead time, further reducing the amount of warehouse space and inventory levels required to support their in house on demand  box making operation.
