At their impressive factory in Chard, Somerset, UK, they have installed a BCS on demand box making system enabling them to manufacture boxes for bespoke and specialist products, pre-production prototypes and spare parts orders.

Stocking just 4 different sizes of stock corrugated sheet, the BCS system enables boxes of varying sizes and quantities to be manufactured on demand, eliminating the need to occupy valuable warehouse space to stock truckloads of boxes or to inventory Fan Fold or Z Fold corrugated board.

Custom orders are received and the bespoke cardboard boxes can be produced within a matter of minutes. The BCS system is run by just one operator and the entire on demand box making process occupies limited factory space.
