From their Sheffield UK, based factory they dispatch throughout Europe, after sale accessories for most modern day vehicles. The diversity of their product range resulted in PCT having to stock a large range of different box sizes, occupying valuable warehouse space.

BCS installed in house, on demand box making machinery, enabling PCT to produce all of their packaging requirements including heavy duty double wall boxes. Valuable factory space has been freed up for other uses and they save on Courier costs by producing exact sized boxes.

Utilising sheet corrugated material, the BCS system requires just one operator and has enabled PCT to reduce returns due to damage in transit and save over 30% compared to buying in boxes.
